Loss and Recovery (Planning)

  1. Tap 「Settings」in the top right corner of the App.
  2. Under Email Registration, enter the email address for account recovery and tap 「Save Email」.
  3. This email address will not be stored; it is used solely for signature hash calculation.
  4. After the card is lost, users can log in to the official PAYDAO website, enter their payment account details, and send a verification email.
  5. Upon verification, a new card will be issued to the user. The original payment account will be deactivated, and the funds will be transferred to the new payment account.
